Job Description

Interested in personal development and career progression? We are currently seeking an Order Processing Lead to support the daily activities of our Order Department—an exceptionally important business area with high standards of quality, service, accuracy and efficiency. 

The Order Processing Lead is a critical role offering support and guidance for various areas of the department. The role exists as a path for team development as well as personal growth. This position exists to create and drive a positive, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding problem solving and communication skills, can work autonomously and take initiative to multitask in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. They will possess the skills to quickly adapt to evolving priorities to help Lakeshore meet its objectives to drive the growth and profitability of our business.

A day in the office looks like this: 

Supporting the team in a lead role as needed with training, operational tasks, best practices, and product/sales knowledge  Managing department projects and workflows Working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects and deadlines Using excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to communicate across departments and at all levels of management  Partnering with leadership to discuss operational and department concerns Conducting meetings with respective team to discuss department initiatives and strategies Presenting reports and information in department meetings and in meetings with key stakeholders as the SME Approving reports before they are distributed to departments Coaching and providing feedback where applicable  Working flexible hours as needed Jumping into time-sensitive projects wherever needed Showing flexibility and a willingness to learn Treating internal and external customers like gold  

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an Order Department, Call Center or Customer Service role preferred  Effective time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to new situations and shifting priorities with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to think critically and make important decisions independently to suggest ways to improve processes while keeping focus on long-term goals Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of urgency Great accuracy and attention to detail  The ability to work onsite at our Carson operations

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $22.35 - $30.04 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
