Job Description

We are currently searching for a hands-on CSG Lead Coordinator with a strong customer-service orientation to help lead our CCP Services Group (CSG). In this role, you will help guide decision-making to support day-to-day operations and ensure superb execution at every touchpoint. You’ll leverage your analytical and problem-solving skills to help the team quickly resolve challenges, guiding them toward the most customer-centric and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive under deadline pressure, possess a talent for multitasking and be able to coach and guide newer team members through both challenges and growth opportunities. A can-do attitude and passion for collaboration are a must.

A day on the job looks like this:

Coaching, training, mentoring and developing team membersSupporting daily operations for CSG and Sales Support departmentsAssisting team members in strategizing and problem solving—with the ability to jump in and collaborate on fast, customer-oriented solutionsGenerating and analyzing reports and examining workflowsAssisting with administrative support such as payroll processingManaging team projects, large rollouts and supporting management as neededConducting mentorship one-on-ones and supporting larger team meetingsCollaborating with other departments as neededWorking efficiently to solve issues that may ariseEnsuring projects are completed to meet stakeholder expectationsComposing various forms of correspondence to maintain clear communication with all end users

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $20.19 - $26.20 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
