**Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:**
As our Intern, your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Commercial Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions
· Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations
· Serve as a lead to the territory sales process and support local teams with a continuous customer management
· Support our journey of bringing the power of MedTech through a value-based customer integration to life and help driving required transformations, internally and externally
· Realization of own internship project work in the field of BI and process automation
· Temporary help in cross-team projects (e.g., sustainability in healthcare, support in organizing Events)

**Qualifications - Education and Experience:**
· On-going university degree with an interest in data sciences and marketing
· Expertise and knowledge of the healthcare system and its clinical environment
**Qualifications - Skills:**
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a matrix organization and participate effectively both independently and as part of multiple teams
· Capacity to work under strict timelines, combined with flexibility when emergency situations require this
· Attitude towards achieving goals within a diverse workforce that is oriented around customer engagement
· Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools
· Excellent command of English & German and ideally French or Italian
