Your new role:

This position will give support for Universal Studios marketing team, attending Promotions, Partnerships, Media and Digital areas on its day-to-day routine. In Promotions & Partnership, key functions include contract administration, issue purchase orders,  interface approvals between partners & HO creative team, supply partners with creative materials. In Media, main function is finance reports and budget spent control.

Your role accountabilities:

Create purchase orders of the area, following the whole process until its closure, as well as register new suppliersSend marketing materials to all third party, media partners and synergy partnersPromotions contract administration, including forms and documents filling of promotions proposalsUpload and update all promotions & partnerships activations in each movie deck presentationInterface between partners and HO creative during approval process.Budget spend control and financial reports

Qualification & Experience:

Organized and detail orientedHands-onIntermediate English (verbal, written)Interest and knowledge of ExcelGood with numbersStudying Business, or co-related areasWilling to collaborate in teamsGood communication skills
