Talent Acquisition Intern – Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and HR coordination. If you're passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and attending campus recruitment and employer branding eventsCreate and publish engaging content—stories, photos, and newsletters—for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) related to campus and hiring eventsSupport the planning and execution of “Wevideo” video projects for internal business functions, including video shooting and editingCoordinate and support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employeesScreen profiles, schedule interviews and assist in welcoming candidates for on-site interviewsMaintain and organize new hire documentation and personnel files (P-files)Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition teamWhat We’re Looking For:
