Role Overview:
The Technical Training Center Intern provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre. This role involves the support in coordinating training programs, managing schedules, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical training programs. Maintain records of training activities, participant data, and program evaluations. Liaise with trainers, trainees, and external organizations to ensure seamless communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to training initiatives. Oversee logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials, and technology setup. Support budget monitoring and expense tracking related to training programs. Handle inquiries and provide relevant information about training opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Technical Training Centre's objectives.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Computer Science, Engineering, Systems & Database, or similar field of study Good command in English spoken and written language. Microsoft Office Creative, proactive, and out of the box thinking. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Willingness (and ability) to travel to factory locations (which will be located outside HCMC)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Last year students or fresh graduates in any degree program or have completed a minimum degree program Willing to learn, open to new ideas & explore options at work At least 6 months of availability
