Website Content & User Experience Support

Assist in creating and updating SMB-focused content on lenovo.com, including product descriptions, promotional materials, and educational resources, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience needs.Monitor website analytics to track user engagement metrics (e.g., page views, conversion rates) and provide recommendations for content optimization.Collaborate with design, PM/PO and marketing teams to enhance website usability and visual appeal for SMB clients.

Service Transformation Project Support

Assist in drafting project plans, timelines, and status reports for service transformation initiatives aimed at streamlining SMB customer journeys.Collect and analyze data on service performance (e.g., response times, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement.Support the development of strategic solutions to enhance service efficiency, such as process automation or digital tool implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Administration

Coordinate with legal, sales, and technical teams to ensure compliance and alignment across SMB-focused campaigns and services.Maintain detailed records of project deliverables, communications, and meeting minutes to facilitate smooth operations.Assist in organizing stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing post-meeting summaries.

Data Management & Reporting

Categorize and maintain digital files, databases, and customer records related to SMB services, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Generate regular reports on website performance and service transformation progress, using tools like Microsoft 365 and data visualization platforms.
