Team Description


Agency Sales organization is looking for a highly motivated intern that would like to learn from applying their knowledge acquired at University. This role requires creating and executing go-to-market activities and collaborating with regional Sales team.

Role and Responsibilities

Support the execution of customers and prospects communication of newsletters, product news, specific market news, training calendars, webinar/event calendarsCoordinate webinar logistics, including but not limited to: coordination of presenter(s) calendars, Rehearsal, Registration Lists, Event Creation, Invitation, Reminder, Thank you Note with Survey, Recordings. Enhance and adjust powerpoint presentations or other material needed for events being coordinated.Load pre-defined/created email templates in Sales ForceEmail distribution via PardotAd-hoc support for local events logistics, if neededProof-reading of marketing communication in Portuguese and Spanish


Qualifications and Education Requirements

Attending University courses of Marketing, Communications, Languages or Translator (Portuguese/Spanish or English)Be at least on the 2nd year of University CourseEditorial mindset with attention to detail and quality that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create itTeam mentality, open to learn how to work within a global matrixed team environmentSelf-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and has a proven ability to operate well in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills, written and verbalIntermediate level of Spanish and/or English is requiredCollaborative mindset is a mustPrevious knowledge of Sales Force and/or Pardot is a plus
