Job Description Job Summary 
Exposure of different areas within the rooms division during pre-opening stage. Focusing on admin tasks and preparing for the hotel opening. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
Guest ExperienceUnderstand the guest journey, including all touch points.Understand the SAG levels including all different touch points.Understand Forbes, LQA and brand standards.Organize amenity program with Guest Experience Manager including amenity assignment, understanding the ordering procedure and support the creation of the refreshing program.Design special occasion packages and create a presentation.Source activities and most recommended placed in Doha and model a concierge recommendation menu.Create Front Office welcome book. 
Heart of House
Room setup OS&E according to brand standard.Keep track of inventory and segregation of OS&E.Room cleaning procedure, deep cleaning protocols and execution.Understand room inspection based on check list. 

TrainingsUnderstand the different platforms to be used during operation such as Alliants, glowing, knowcross, Opera etc.Different role plays scenarios focusing on guest experience, challenging situations etc. 

Associate AccommodationGain knowledge on Associate accommodation facilities.Understanding the various facilities within the associate accommodation and facility management process.Setting up Associate room with OS&E based on Rosewood associate housing guidelines.Creating and implementing policies that ensure the associates wellbeing, safety, and healthy living environment. 

Standard ResponsibilitiesComply and adhere to the Rosewood company policies.Take on other tasks in addition to the ones stated, in a reasonable framework.Be a “Brand Ambassador” at all times and ensure brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.Model the company’s culture, vision, mission, and core values at all times.
