Intern - Procurement

Job Description

Interning as Procurement Intern you will:

Responsible for supporting strategic and operational objectives for the sourcing & procurement function with key activities including, but not limited to sourcing, contracting, risk and performance management.Implement sourcing & procurement efforts and execute tactical procurement processes.Serve as a resource regarding processes, procedures, and systems for sourcing & procurement hub.Support selection of variety of suppliers and ensure that all legal, compliance and contract requirements are met.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders in the region as well as third party providers.Educate internal stakeholders about sourcing processes and strategy.  Participate in contract renewals and negotiationsWork with multiple procurement category teams globally to ensure alignment and compliance with category strategy.

What should you know / have:

You should have knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.You shall be detail oriented and precise.You should be a good team player and have ability to work independently with a passion to solve problems and a drive for results.You should be fluent in English language.Any additional language (Japanese, Korean, etc.) is an advantage.
