We help brands move forward with next-gen strategies, while offering young creatives the tools and platform to grow. Overview Job Description Boomerang FT is looking for an Operations Intern! Are you curious about what happens behind the scenes in a creative agency? Do you like organizing things, supporting teams, and learning how internal processes work? Then this internship might be a perfect fit. As part of our Operations team, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of freelance creative talent (FTs) within Boomerang FT. You won’t be running things on your own — instead, you’ll work alongside our team, helping us keep things running smoothly. It’s a hands-on internship where you’ll get to learn how a fast-paced creative environment functions, while being guided and supported along the way. Responsibilities What will you be doing? With guidance from the Operations team, you’ll be involved in: Planning & Talent Support Helping track availability and skillsets of freelance talent Supporting the coordination of FTs on projects Assisting in time tracking and talent check-ins Recruitment & Onboarding Scheduling intro calls with new talent Supporting the onboarding process Helping keep our FT database up to date YoungOnes Operations Assisting in creating and managing gigs via the YoungOnes platform Helping track worked hours and flag any issues Staying in touch with the YoungOnes team about ongoing matters Who are you?
