**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in creating and distributing internal communication materials such as email newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and develop content for internal communications.
+ Organize and update databases using tools such as Excel, Mailchimp, and Populo.
+ Support the development of internal communication plans and strategies.
+ Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.
+ Assist with employee engagement activities, such as town hall meetings, employee activities, and team buildings.
+ Research best practices in internal communications.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
+ Support the logistics and coordination of office-related tasks
+ Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors
**Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
+ Knowledge of Power BI and familiarity with databases is a plus.
+ Experience with design and video tools such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and Final Cut.
+ Knowledge of internal communication principles and best practices.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
+ Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
