You will be a part of a new Philips manufacturing center of excellence in Minnesota, and with that you will be able to gain valuable skills and industry knowledge that will provide you with a well-rounded perspective in your career moving forward. + Help support production by identifying and implementing design and process changes as required, including required process validation and process risk management activities. + Help obtain and oversee equipment installation and supporting ramp-up of the manufacturing production line. + Assist in the continuous improvement of quality, delivery, and cost through effective use of lean manufacturing principles + Help create Quality Control Plan and Work Instructions + Assist in defining production related manufacturing requirements for new products **You are the right fit if:** + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Biomedical + Strong mechanical reasoning skills in identifying and solving problems, developing innovative solutions, acting decisively, and showing good judgement + Successful record of accomplishment executing school and/or internship projects + Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment preferred + Intermediate CAD proficiency (SolidWorks) preferred + Intermediate proficiency using a statistics software (Minitab, MATLAB, etc) preferred + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
