Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
As an MSAT LCM Intern, you will be involved in a range of tasks that provide a comprehensive understanding of laboratory operations within our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the intricacies of large molecule drug product development and the supporting functions within J&J. Your tasks will range from
· Gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management by participating in lab studies and documentation, specifically focusing on the complete product lifecycle from development to primary packaging.
· Support the collection, processing, and analysis of data for various projects, contributing to automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications - Education and Experience:
· Ongoing bachelor's or master's degree in sciences or pharmaceutical related study program
· Expertise and knowledge in laboratory work including study design and execution as well as knowledge in technical equipment in pharmaceutical environment
Qualifications - Skills:
· Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or comparable fields, demonstrating a strong enthusiasm for the pharmaceutical industry.
· Possesses strong analytical and practical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
· Exhibits excellent communication and organizational abilities while thriving in both independent and collaborative international team settings.
· Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus.
· Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment, along with creativity and strong organizational skills.
