For the duration of your internship you will be working with the Belgian ING Mid-market M&A team in Brussels and will have the opportunity to get first-hand M&A experience. You will be expected to work on active corporate finance transactions and prospects as well as assist in the research and analysis of different companies and sectors.

Key responsibilities

Drafting tailored pitches for potential clientsIn-depth industry analysis as well as review of companies’ strategy and financialsGather data/information regarding potential acquisition opportunitiesAnalysis of & feasibility judgement on acquisition opportunitiesAttend internal calls and meetingsProvide input and basic editing of Excel-based models, including high level valuations
