You’ll create impact by: + Assist the Learning Coordinator to arrange digital & offline training + Prepare the training material such as animation video, slide & poster + Make report for training event + Support any general people development administration task in operation You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: + Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields. + Proficient in MS Office tools. + Good communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely. + Proficient in english and bahasa indonesia + Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Eager to learn and can do full time internship for four months.
