Key Responsibilities:Developand expand onLabor Relationsknowledge by researching agreements in order to support LR Leaders.Willingness to hear viewpoints of others and taking those viewpoints into account when making business decisions or recommendationsAttention to detail and consistent follow throughWork with new arbitrators in drafting decisions.Work on grievances in support ofarbitrationgroup.Draft discipline decisions for all work groups.End of summer learning presentation/discussion withLabor Relationsteam

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship or future sponsorship for a full/part time position
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
· Shown interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
· Position is located in Chicago, IL; Hybrid 3 days per week in office
· 30% travel may be required
