Join our team and chart your own uniquely United career journey! **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and expand on Labor Relations knowledge by researching agreements in order to support LR Leaders. + Willingness to hear viewpoints of others and taking those viewpoints into account when making business decisions or recommendations + Attention to detail and consistent follow through + Work with new arbitrators in drafting decisions. + Work on grievances in support of arbitration group. + Draft discipline decisions for all work groups. + End of summer learning presentation/discussion with Labor Relations team **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** · Must be a first-year law student · Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship or future sponsorship for a full/part time position · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment · Shown interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork · Position is located in Chicago, IL; Hybrid 3 days per week in office · 30% travel may be required The starting rate for this role is $20.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
