Servicing end-users at the walk-up counterTroubleshooting basic computer or account issues preventing the end-user from completing their workMaintaining existing processes and requirements for tickets and reporting of issuesResolving basic hardware issues, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting users with account limitationsContribute to the operations of the IT infrastructure within the campus, including but not limited to system patching, cabling, printer installation and maintenance, as well as asset tagging and tracking.THE PERKS
