About the Role

You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including life claims processing, and other core functions. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks.

Prepare regular reports for management on metrics related to business operations, compliance, workforce, and statutory regulations.

Develop and refine procedures for reporting, data extraction, and populating standardized reporting templates.

Validate and ensure the accuracy of data while coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve data quality issues.

Job Requirement:

Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of achelor’s degree in business management, Administration or any related program

Must be proficient in both written and spoken English

Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent

Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above

Compulsory internship placements by university

Willing to work in Cyberjaya
