Job Description► Entering data into the electronic invoicing system
► Supporting colleagues with manual invoice creation
► Preparing reports on incoming and outgoing invoices after VAT filing
► Organizing documentation for audit purposes
► Assisting colleagues with document archiving
Additional Training:
► Working in SAP
► Maintaining customs records related to dispatch and customs clearance dates.
► Final-year students or recent graduates in Economics or a related field
► Proficient in computer use (Outlook, Excel)
► Good knowledge of the English language
► Strong communication and organizational skills.
