Core Payments area processes include:

• Servicing domestic and international payments for WM clients using SWIFT and local retail payment services
• Managing non Straight-Through Processing exceptions
• Processing manual internal journals for Finance and Operations
• Settling Wealth Management Loans & Deposits and early redemption requests
• Settling Foreign Exchange (Spot, Forward & Option) trades
• Managing the timely reconciliation of cash accounts and trade confirmations versus counterparties
• Constantly looking for opportunity to speed up the process /decisions and increase client satisfaction
• Deep understanding of process risk and work to mitigate and reduce risk
