WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Students of preferably the last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation Candidates available for 39 hours a weekFluent in English (written & verbal): ability to communicate effectively with multiple markets.Strong Excel skills: comfortable working with data analysis and maintaining structured trackers.Attention to detail: ability to validate and organize information accurately.Proactive mindset: capable of following up with stakeholders and ensuring deadlines are met.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US:
MWM Project Management: Receive market requests on MWM, validate and collect necessary campaign details, and transform them into projects using omni-channel templates.Data Collection & Analysis: Extract key campaign deployment information from market briefs and input it into relevant trackers based on the type of deployment (e.g., communication, product launches, portfolio updates).Market Support & Coordination: Assist the Head of Market Success with daily activities, ensuring timely response to market requests and urgent priorities.Monthly Market Calls Preparation: Support the creation of presentation decks for monthly market calls, under the guidance of the Head of Market Success.Deadline & Reporting Management: Track deadlines for market plans and reports in alignment with the planning team’s requests, following up with markets on missing submissions.
