WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

Students in their final years of study or recent graduates (up to 6 months post-graduation) 

Candidates available for at least 35 hours per week  

Familiarity with MS Office tools 

Communicative level of English, both written and spoken 

Quick learners with strong communication and collaboration skills 

Organized individuals

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

 

Participate in processes and documentation flows related to all employee lifecycle events 

Learn about labor law and PMI procedures, and collaborate with the Employee Lifecycle Experience (ELE) Team to ensure correct and timely data processing 

Take part in local and global initiatives/projects 

Support new hire administration for Polish entities, including participation in onboarding, ensuring completeness of hiring-related documents, and creating employee files 

Assist in maintaining all personal and employment lifecycle documents in employee files with the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency, in line with local legislation 

Support the process of verifying the validity of employees’ periodic medical examinations 

Handle various daily administrative tasks 

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
