WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

Students of the last years of studies or up to 6 months after graduation with a Logistic/Finance/IT/Engineering backgroundPreferably candidates available for a minimum of 30–40 hours per weekCandidates with a proficient level of both written and spoken EnglishCandidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulasData mining, SQLs, VBA/Macros & Power BIQuick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsIndividuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US

 

Support preparation of KPI using PMI logistic tools and reporting solutionsBeing a part of the Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing)Revision of internal documents + accuracy of data in our operational toolsExtracts relevant information and performs data validationReconcile daily and monthly reportsSupporting senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various logistic tools,Acquiring knowledge of SAP transactionsCollaborate within department helping with other documentation/logistic tasks

 

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
