The Hilton corporate internship program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns.

The internship will be in person in our Bogota, Colombia office for a period of 6 months. The internship will begin early September. Intern will work full-time hours during the internship program. Schedule will be 44 hours per week, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)

You have these minimum qualifications:

Currently enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field during the Summer or Fall of 2025.Available to work a full-time schedule from our corporate office based in Bogota, Colombia (44 hours per week, 5 days per week Monday - Friday)

It would be useful if you have:

Internship or work experience in the hospitality industryExperience with data analysis or using data to make decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel functions
