The Global Mobility team in Central Division Human Resources is responsible for the coordination and operational implementation of international assignments within the Reinsurance Group as well as for setting relevant guidelines. We act as competent advisors to managers, employees and HR colleagues concerning all forms of cross-border employment and ensure that these are implemented in a legally compliant manner.
Your Job
Maintenance and improvement of various tracking overviews that we keep for compliance and reporting purposes (mostly in Excel) and in parallel analysis of where and how we can consolidate, streamline, or digitize => then, in collaboration with HR, IT work on the digitization project.Review of certain processes and improvement of processes, documentation, creation of manuals etc.Coordination of requests to various HR stakeholders in the international organization, e.g., querying and consolidating payroll data from different countries and preparing it for processing by another country payroll, tax advisors etc. Equally here, working on process improvements and automation of the templates and tools we currently use.Support in the day-to-day business of the operational processing of foreign assignments (e.g., reimbursement of costs, preparation of application forms, e.g. in the area of social security (VBG registration, voluntary unemployment insurance), salary instructions, if necessary, also preparation of contracts, etc.Your Profile
You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programYou are fluent in English and German You have advanced Excel skills (including programming Macros) and are proficient in all other Microsoft tools and applicationsYou are good with numbers, reliable and have a thorough way of workingYou like to work independently and are a team player at the same timeStudents from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
