We have been part of the established global technology distributor, Avnet, since 2016. Today, this relationship allows us to support our customers at every stage of the product life cycle, offering a truly unique distribution model, as well as expertise in end-to-end delivery and product design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prioritize and expedite orders based on customer urgency or management direction.

Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and supply chain teams to resolve backorder issues.

Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and internal departments to accelerate order processing and delivery

Maintain accurate order records and update ERP as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:

PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated proactivity initiative through work and school related activities.

Interest or background in technology or commercial matters is preferred.

Education and Certification(s):

Be studying in the penultimate quarter or semester of the degree on International Business or Business Administration

Additional Information:

This is a paid internship.

Work schedule is hybrid schedule some days in-office, some days WFH (20 hrs. per week)

Must be available for seasonal work from August 2025-February 2026.

Selected candidate must provide their own housing, internet access and transportation.

Selected candidate should reside in Guadalajara for the summer to accommodate the hybrid schedule.

Relocation is not offered for this role.
