This internship provides hands-on exposure to facility operations, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety practices. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in daily facility inspections and report findings. + Support the coordination of preventive maintenance activities for office equipment, HVAC, lighting, plumbing etc. + Help manage facility-related requests from employees. + Assist in documentation and updating of facility-related records and maintenance logs. + Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and EHS standards. + Liaise with vendors and contractors during on-site works and inspections. + Support relocation or renovation activities. + Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities. **Requirements:** + Basic understanding of facility operations, building systems, or workplace safety is a plus. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, working independently and collaborate within a team in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to learn and take initiative. + Candidate must have own transport and willing to working at Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang. **Education:** + Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Maintenance Management, Electrical Technology or related fields. **Benefits:** + Build valuable networks for future career options. + Gain exposure to industry standards tools and technologies. + Work on projects that enhance system efficiency and business operations. + Apply theoretical knowledge to real- world system challenges. + Monthly Allowance of RM1,700.
