The facility employs just under 500 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus. Job Description

Purpose of the Role

Support the accurate and timely execution of plant layout updates during the relocation of machines. Ensure all as‑built conditions are properly measured, documented, and reflected in the official layout files.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Measurement & Verification

Conduct physical measurements of equipment, lines, and building spaces to confirm dimensions.Verify that actual machine locations and infrastructure match approved layouts.

2. Layout Drawing Updates

Update AutoCAD (or other CAD tool) files to reflect actual conditions and approved changes.Maintain version control and file organization under guidance from engineering.

3. Change Tracking

Document layout changes coming from relocation activities, construction adjustments, or new requirements.Keep change logs aligned between the current building and the new building layouts.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with project engineers, maintenance, and contractors to capture changes promptly.Prepare simple layout markups or measurement reports for project meetings.

5. Compliance with Standards

Apply Bosch layout standards for line spacing, safety zones, and material flow as directed by the supervising engineer.

QualificationsMust be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university or a recent graduateMinimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.Indefinite U.S. Work authorized individuals only.  Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong working skills in Microsoft Office.Major in engineeringExperienced with LEAN logistic conceptsGeneral ideas how to visualize and improve processesTeam player
