Encap Asahi T-mold Wire Sweep/Sway Elimination​

Description:​ Conduct a comprehensive analysis of chase-to-chase performance to identify factors impacting wire sway and sweep performance at the Asahi T-mold. Ensure the stability of all three press runs and closely monitor their performance for the Asahi T-mold. Develop a detailed restoration plan based on vendor recommendations.​

Scope:Conducting feasibility studies to assess FDC data capture and control limitsSetup technical analysis that focus on part that need to be replace during restoration activity.Monitor the performance of the lot following the implementation of the actions.To work and collaborating with the team member for process alignment and agreementImproving SOPs and training for mold temperature checks and calibrations

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Mechatronic/Mechanical
