YOUR ROLE

As an Intern - Contract Management on our team, you’ll step into the world where business meets law, gaining exposure to the inner workings of commercial agreements and strategic partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop a sharp eye for detail, strengthen your analytical mindset, and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, global environment.

In your daily job you will:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, clients, and partnersEnsure compliance with legal regulations and internal policiesMaintain and update contract databases and documentationMonitor contract performance and obligationsResolve contractual disputes and issuesCollaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teamsConduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategiesPrepare reports and metrics for management

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Student of LawKnowledge of civil and commercial lawAbility to analyze and draft contractual documentsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and ExcelFirst experience in contract handling or in a legal/purchasing department (preferred)Availability - minimum 20 h per week
