Job description Intern - Analytical Methods Development 

During the internship the intern would be involved in a project to work on the implementation of a series of new HPLC methods. In the new facility we have available this instrument and the plan is to implement and eventually validate (some) of the most used analytical methods that are already available in our research center in USA. During this internship, the student would be supervised and trained in the basic of using the instrument, on the basic of chromatography and its applicability but also limitations as an analytical technique. The aim of the internship is to have, after initial training, an independent user of the instrument that would support in the research of the best analytical conditions to quantify analytical target(s). After the initial screening of the best analytical conditions, the student would also be involved in the validation of (some) of these analysis by using statistical tools.
