Start your journey now! **Your role and responsibilities** Intern Americas Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying and recruiting the best talent into IBM. You will be part of a newly created scrum team working to support all business units across Americas market playing a critical role in the delivery to fill positions. Along side the scrum team, you’ll partner to aligned client groups, designing creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent, and managing the hiring processes from initiating searches through offer acceptance. There is a strong emphasis on influencing and driving decisions by data. In addition to recruitment delivery, you will work closely with your local Talent Acquisition (TA) colleagues, i.e. Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM), Regional Talent Acquisition Leader (RTAL) to support, drive and enable service transformation. **Required technical and professional expertise** Interest in acquiring experience as a sourcer in a fast-paced environment. Interest in sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub). Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
