**Overview**
About the Job:
• The job entails working with existing set of clients as well as closely liaising with the strategy
team for new business opportunities
• Build a knowledge base of each client's business, organisation, and objectives
• Understand client briefs and devise a strategy
• Interface with multiple teams within the organisation
• Build strong relationships with Marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Qcom, BeautyCom and
ePharmacies and seek regular intelligence
• Conceive for clients stand-alone or integrated Commerce strategies which might span from
consulting and conception of business plans to non-media and media activations.
• Develop action plans for achieving and measuring Commerce campaign success, including
determining key metrics, processes for measurement and optimization
• Monitor latest developments in the Commerce industry and foresee their implications for
clients
• Be involved in client and inter-agency education of Commerce, and be responsible for
preparing and presenting best practices, case studies and examples of Commerce strategies
• Compiling and analysing online sales data and metrics, provide actionable insights and make
decisions regarding direction based on the analysis

Solid understanding and insatiable interest of consumer trends in Commerce/Retail
• Extensive understanding of internal and external variables that impact online sales
• Strong decision-making, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
• Experience using data as a strategic choice for the business to identify use cases to build the
business and fill gaps in data, processes, and systems to realize the value
• Ability to take initiative and perform tasks in an efficient and self-sufficient manner
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
