What a day at EXP has in store for you
CAD proficient in converting engineer's markups into working CAD drawings Plot drawings for review by engineer Design single and double-line ductwork per standards and size appropriately with minimum assistance Assist in preparing electrical loads and laying out fire alarm devices from Engineers Assist preparing CAD floor plans showing electrical device layouts, circuitry, fixtures, equipment etc Verifies design elements meet code requirements.
What your experience looks like
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering Program. Should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Microstation, AutoCAD & Revit is ideal but not required. Working knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Rhino, V-Ray, and other imaging and rendering software is helpful.
The hourly rate for this role is $21 to $25 an hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
