Assists in facilitation, ensuring smooth execution and capturing key insights. Begins developing a broad understanding of company solutions, industry trends, and stakeholder needs. Every individual is expected to play their part to achieve the KPIs defined at the team or organizational level. These KPIs are examples of the specific and consistent metrics important to assessing the team’s performance and productivity.
