INTERN: SAP HCM Application Support Job Description **Intern: SAP Application Support - HCM** _Onsite- Ortigas, Pasig City_ We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Supporter Intern to join our team. As a SAP Supporter Intern, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for the SAP system. You will work closely with our SAP team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform system maintenance tasks, and provide end-user support. **Your main responsibilities:** + Provide technical and functional support for the SAP system + Assist in resolving issues related to SAP Sales & Distribution module + Provide end-user support + Work on pro-active tasks in relation to SAP system + Document and maintain SAP system processes and procedures + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data consistency **Your background:** + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures + Technical, functional and professional + Knowledge onSAP P21 (HR/HCM), Success Factors, Dimensions or Kronos is an advantage + Understanding of any programming language + Knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in IT and Support + Good communication skills + Willing to work on 8am to 5pm shift + Education, training and certifications + Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field **Do you want to learn more?** If this job sounds appealing, please send your resume and cover letter by clicking “Apply”.
