Mission/Function of the role:
Acquires and learns practical knowledge and working experience in different administrative fields of expertise, in the course of an academic education.
What are the responsibilities of the role?
• Works as part-time or vacation temporary help in different technical tasks and operations. • Performs all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor. • Learns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes in the respective area.
Supports other qualified staff in their tasks and accountabilities:
• Shadow quality audits to understand processes • Learn quality management tools and methodologies (8D, CAPA, RCA, FMEA) • Observe supplier audits and assessment processes • Assist in implementing quality standards and guidelines
Administrative Duties:
• Help compile quality metrics and reports • Assist in maintaining documentation systems • Support the organization of quality-related meetings • Help track non-conformance reports
Basic Quality Activities:
• Participate in basic quality inspections and investigations • Help monitor quality KPIs • Assist in customer satisfaction surveys and CSS data analysis • Support quality training documentation
Project Support:
• Help with quality improvement initiatives • Assist in data analysis and presentation • Support quality awareness campaigns • Help organize quality-related training materials
Qualifications and Experience
• Relevant Degree (Btech) in Quality Management or Similar • 1-2 years Quality Management / Process Improvement Experience • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements • Very good knowledge of Quality Operating System and processes.
Competencies:
• Strong communication skills • Willing to learn • Responsible and accountable • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint) • Must be willing to travel and have own transport
