We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit. **Your boarding pass will include…** Several conferences, including: + Meet An Executive + Women Taking Flight Learning more about Bombardier, including: + Bombardier Products conference + Visits of the Bombardier sites + Bombardier Academy of Learning Many social/networking opportunities, including: + Volunteering + Networking for Success + 5 à 7, Potluck, and much more! **What are your contributions to the team?** + Provide administrative support to the Labour Relations Team on day-to-day Collective Agreement interpretation issues. + Administer the grievance record database for all bargaining units, track deadlines provided in the collective agreements, maintain updated grievance files, organize grievance hearings, and reach out to business for attendance to hearings and adherence to deadlines. + Manage overtime reconciliation for the site, advise business on the overtime guidelines for day-to-day offer and methods for reducing exposure to liability. + Conduct weekly review of overtime reports and lead audit meeting with leaders and directors to ensure overtime lists are updated and aligned with risk mitigation practice. + Gather information from HR databases for reporting purposes to produce and retrieve various ad hoc reports. + Contribute to Labour Relations process improvement initiatives and projects as required. + Participate in Human Resources and Labour Relations team meetings. **How to thrive in this role?** + You are currently completing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or equivalent in a recognized university. + You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. + You possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills, coupled with a high level of professionalism. + You are flexible, take initiative, and a strong team player. + You work well under pressure and can work autonomously. + You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can meet multiple deadlines and multi-task while maintaining accuracy. + You are organized, have keen attention to detail, and excellent process administration skills. + You understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and can handle sensitive information with discretion and discernment. ​ **Boarding Information:** + Location: Global 5500/6500 + Duration: 12 months + Flexible workplace-Hybrid _It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
