**Position Overview**
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our Product Data Management (PDM) team in Singapore. This team develops, maintains and supports Autodesk PDM products. The PDM ecosystem includes rich Windows clients and services, a next‑generation web client, file/database replication engines, SDKs, CAD add‑ins, cloud services, and integrations with world‑leading CAD products such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit. Our PDM suite is used globally—by teams and large enterprises across multiple sites and continents—to manage engineering design data at scale.
As an intern, you’ll contribute to production code in a codebase with millions of lines, tackling real customer problems across Windows applications, web interfaces, and service backends. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers, UX designers, and QA professionals, applying algorithms, front‑end and back‑end development skills, and sound software design patterns to build high‑quality, performant, and reliable features. The ideal candidate is a curious, hands‑on programmer who thrives on challenges, communicates clearly, and enjoys collaborating to ship software that delivers meaningful real‑world impact.
**Responsibilities**
+ Developing front‑end UI for client applications
+ Developing back‑end services supporting data management, search, replication, and permissions
+ Developing unit/integration/E2E tests for code you add
+ Participating in scrum activities (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retros)
+ Prototype, implement, and troubleshoot features according to product specifications
+ Work with tech leads and architects to maintain high code quality and architectural consistency
+ Collaborate closely with QA on test planning, issue triage, and root‑cause analysis
+ Contribute to code reviews, CI pipelines, and basic performance/observability checks
+ Provide input to technical documentation for new features and developer SDKs
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
+ In penultimate or final year of studies, graduating in 2026 or 2027
+ Available for full‑time internship, Jan – Jun 2026
+ Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design
+ Experience with SQL or related database systems
+ Working knowledge of C#/.NET and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
+ Familiarity with Git, unit testing, and issue tracking tools
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; quality mindset; comfortable collaborating across time zones
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of cloud services development (e.g., REST APIs, distributed systems concepts)
+ Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (e.g., React)
+ Exposure to performance/profiling tools and techniques
+ Familiarity with Autodesk CAD products and their APIs (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Revit)
+ Experience with automation tools and test frameworks (unit, integration, E2E)
**Learning Benefits**
+ Learn Autodesk’s enterprise software development and release process for globally deployed products
+ Learn how to write high‑quality, test‑covered code and contribute to large codebases
+ Gain experience measuring and improving service performance and reliability
+ Build skills collaborating across regions and disciplines (Dev, QA, UX, Docs)
+ Practice agile methodology within a mature scrum team
+ Gain exposure to core PDM concepts: data replication, access control, CAD integrations, and SDK/extensibility
