RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interns will work closely with Kroll’s Office of General Counsel and will be exposed to supporting various Kroll businesses (e.g., valuation advisory, governance and risk advisory, corporate finance, cyber security, and bankruptcy administration), contracting principals, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (e.g., confidentiality agreements, release letters, engagement agreements, and vendor agreements), corporate governance, privacy, compliance, insurance, and litigation principals, and more. Interns will interface with Kroll’s leadership and will be involved in projects that facilitate legal training, commercial experience, relationships, and Kroll’s operational goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college in a related field of study
Rising 1st or 2nd year law student at a U.S. accredited law school
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent quality work.
Demonstrated leadership.
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must be able to work independently on assigned tasks and as part of a team.
Professional and commercial approach to problem solving and strong team ethic.

Salary Range for this role is $20 - $25 USD /hr
