Intern, IT Infrastructure & End User Support

Responsbilities:

 

You will support the resolution for all services, incident and problem escalations arising in the country. Trigger appropriate actions, working closely with the respective teams to bring about timely communication, restoration and closure. Ensure that lapses in service delivery are captured and reported appropriately, escalating to the relevant hierarchies of the service delivery units whenever necessary.You will troubleshoot and resolve issues with BASC office desk monitors, docking stations, user network printing issues and provide troubleshooting and resolution.You will set up new joiner PCs, including hardware (laptops and smartphones), software installation, and user configuration.You will diagnose and fix hardware issues, including laptops, smartphones, and software-related issues, utilizing ticketing systems to raise incidents or requests.You will assist with device returns and ensure proper handling of returned equipment, and facilities team on meeting room audiovisual (AV) systems.You will conduct hardware consultations and provide technical guidance, and maintain local IT Assets information.

 

Requirements:

 

Minimum a Diploma in Computer Science or any relevant engineering fields.Knowledgable in IT, Network, Windows Operating Systems, and M365Good English Communication.
