Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite

We are looking for an intern who can have a development experience in within the HR Team.

The resource will have the chance to experiment directly a 360° experience on the following topics:

- people management processes

- HR Administration

- talent acquisition

- employee development

- health&safety

- employee relations

- employee engagement

 

The main tasks that will be assigned are:

Support the HR organization in daily administration tasksSupport the implementation of the main engagement activitiesSupport the HR team on Health&Safety managementSupport the HR team on talent management (training& development)Analysis and reporting on the main HR metrics

The candidate will have the chance to interact with the business leaders and understand the dynamics associated to a med-device multinational company.   

Minimal Requirements:

Degree in Economics or LawFluent in Italian, English, both written and oral;Good knowledge of Office Package with a specific focus on Excel and PPT;Good communication skills;Strong motivation with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;Attention to details and strong analytical skills;CuriosityPassion for medical device industry.
