Packs EMEA (Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling) is seeking an exceptional **Graphic Design Intern** to join our **Visual Merchandising & Retail Environment** team in Antwerp. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of three iconic lifestyle brands across the EMEA region.
As a Graphic Design Intern, you’ll play a key role in shaping immersive retail experiences by supporting the design and execution of visual merchandising assets. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to bring our brand stories to life in stores and showrooms.
**KEY INTERNSHIP INFO**
+ **Start date:** October 1st, 2025
+ **Length of contract:** 6-month internship, non-renewable
+ **Reimbursement:** €1.055,95 gross/month. An additional €250,00 gross/month for candidates relocating from outside Belgium is provided as relocation support.
+ **Post-Internship Outlook:** while this internship is not designed to transition into a permanent or temporary role, opportunities may arise along the way, depending on business needs and individual performance **.**
**How You Will Make a Difference**
You will support the team in the following areas:
+ **Creative Development:** Assist in designing seasonal visual merchandising assets including window displays, brand imagery, and pop-up concepts that reflect each brand’s identity and marketing strategy.
+ **Design Execution:** Create visual merchandising guidelines, training materials, mood boards, and sketches to communicate design concepts and standards.
+ **Material Sourcing:** Help select and source props and materials for retail installations and showroom displays.
+ **Team Collaboration:** Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and hands-on VM setups
**What You’ll Learn**
This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in:
+ Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
+ Project and budget management within a retail design context.
+ Translating brand DNA into compelling retail environments and product displays.
+ Understanding consumer markets and brand strategies across EMEA.
**Skills for Success**
We’re looking for someone who is:
+ Currently pursuing a course or degree in **Graphic Design** or a related field.
+ Passionate about **design, fashion, and retail** , with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
+ Proficient in design tools such as **Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp** (or similar).
+ A strong communicator and team player.
+ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Previous experience or coursework in visual merchandising, retail design, or trade marketing is a plus.
