Intern, D&L Trade Compliance Data Analyst

Job Description

The person is expected to support the distribution & logistics trade compliance team in data gathering, reporting, analytics and audit. This will involve interaction within the SCM team and liaison with external providers.

Secondary Language(s) Job Description:

·       Create standard templates for data collection

·       Work with external partners to collect and organize data

·       Benchmark Performance data

·       Audit freight forwarders’ documentation

·       Assist in monthly Reporting for customs compliance data analysis

·       Generate reports for management review

·       Support project implementation and SOP development

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors or equivalentProficient with complex data analysis using MS-Excel

Experience:

Knowledge in Air & Ocean Freight forwarding/ Customs compliance will have an added advantage

Other Competencies and Personal Attributes*:

Proficient with desktop tools for communication and analysis (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Good Organization skillsResponsible and meticulousGood communication and inter-personal skills.
