Navigating Responsibilities

Assisting to manage a portfolio of clients regulated by the SFC and other global regulatorsPreparing compliance manuals and other related policies and proceduresSetting up the compliance infrastructure and assisting ongoing compliance monitoringUndertaking periodic compliance monitoring reviews at client premisesWriting compliance monitoring reportsManaging regulatory filing and reporting schedulesProviding ad hoc regulatory advice and creative solutionsUpdating clients on regulatory change

The Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a relevant field;Understanding of the financial services industry i.e. asset management and broking sectorsBroad understanding of the alternative asset management industryAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamClient facing, solutions focused skillsClear, logical thought processes, ability to make decisions and articulate these clearlyStrong English oral and written communication skillsTime management skills and ability to work within deadlinesSolution-driven and problem-solving attitudeExcellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
