Job Description Insight Global is looking for an Intermediate PLC Programmer to join a leading automation company in Cambridge, Ontario within their Control Systems Software Engineering team. This candidate will work closely with 56 programmers and a team lead, focusing less on full-cycle coding and more on machine integration, system modifications, and retrofit work. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on PLC experience, with a deep understanding of Allen Bradley platforms from the ground up. This role involves taking partially completed machines (80%), assessing their current state, troubleshooting gaps, and driving full integration on the shop floor. Prior experience in an OEM environment is required, along with a background in industrial automation or similar fields.
