Kforce has a client that is seeking an Intermediate Drupal UI/UX Designer and Developer in Boston, MA. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with agency stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals * Design and build Drupal websites with custom themes, templates, and front-end components * Lead and execute content migration strategies, including bulk content transfer, taxonomy configuration, and metadata management * Develop responsive, standards-compliant front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), aligned with design prototypes * Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts * Administer and configure Drupal site elements such as content types, views, menus, blocks, roles, and permissions * Conduct usability testing, user research, and feedback sessions to inform and validate design and content decisions * Ensure all designs and implementations comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, including support for assistive technologies * Optimize web performance and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility * Provide hands-on training and documentation to support internal team capacity in Drupal site building, theming, and content management * Facilitate ongoing knowledge transfer and mentor team members in Drupal best practices * Stay current on UI/UX trends, Drupal advancements, accessibility guidelines, and related web technologies
