Assists with estimate development, schedule development, cash flow analysis and risk analysis. + Identifies and drafts technical qualifications for bid. + Participates in internal and external estimate reviews. + Assists with handover of successful bid from estimating team to execution team. + Coordination: communicates, organizes, and coordinates between all internal and external stakeholders. + Represents WSP to clients, subcontracts, suppliers, and other internal groups. **What you’ll bring to WSP:** + Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + 5–8 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably within construction firms + Proficient with Cost Control, Planning and Scheduling fundamentals + Proficiency in cost estimating software (preferably HeavyBid) and MS Excel; familiarity with scheduling tools (preferably Primavera P6) + Strong understanding of construction practices. + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. + **Must** be eligible for CNL Reliability Status security clearance (individual must have 3 full concurrent years of verifiable history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and/or Australia) **WSP** is one of the world's leading professional services firms.
